Like a Leader Class Megatron is 39.99. I want one around that price. And a Deluxe Class is 9.99. I don't wanna find Deluxe Class Bumblebee for 30 dollars!

You have to factor in shipping and it can get expensive. I stick to the source or large retailers that have specials:
Hasbro Shop has them at retail and free shipping on occasion for orders over a certain amount. Same with the Toys R Us website.
Walmart and Target often offer free shipping to your local store and are also at retail.
Other than those, you are going to have to deal with merchants that price on a popularity scale. Every once in a while they may have a clearance or sale, but it usually is not much lower than retail and shipped brings it all back up so it’s no longer a good deal.
