True, It varies between Jazz and Ironhide but you’re right, Jazz did assemble the autobots a few times
I seem to recall Jazz being in command in the first week of the 1st season. Prime would ask him to assemble a team for a mission. Jazz would then row call the select Autobots to transform he’d conclude with “Ready Prime”. Then Optimus would conclude with “Autobots roll out”. Later it would be ironhide.

EXACTLY Did you notice when they killed off all the popular ones and changed Megatron, thundercracker, and skywarp. The popularity just went down!
Loveboth those guys. I have been after Wheeljack since 1984. Some day I shall have him. Those were two characters that should not have been killed.
