you’re in luck. ( oh and dont click on that link from samuel. Its utter crap, and i believe him to be a bot ) Just head over to hasbro and explain your problem. They will charge you a small fee, and you can get replacement parts.
Now, if you had like TF-parallax kit ( shadow commander, ultra magnus kit ) you’re out of luck. I tried my hardest to get replacement hands, because the clips for his arms broke, and the company has yet to reply in about 8 months.
